Managing Artistic Director

Presented with the Veteran Feminist Medal of Honor by Gloria Steinem, Jeanie Linders is best known as the writer and producer of Menopause The Musical® and is a passionate voice for a generation of women facing more than just hot flashes.  Her work in entertainment and producing spans three and a half decades.

Jeanie has been involved in arts marketing and management for the last 35 years.  For 10 years, she was President/CEO of an advertising/PR agency that specialized in entertainment and hospitality accounts. Concurrently she launched an events marketing and management firm, producing a full gamut of shows from A Conversation with Cary Grant to multistage music festivals. She served as an arts development consultant in Florida, California, North Carolina, and Arkansas. Other activities include: advance PR roadie for Michael Jackson’s film crew for the Victory Tour, developing the Belize Performing and Visual Arts Consortium and working for Francis Ford Coppola’s Blancaneaux Lodge in Central America.  She also served as a columnist/correspondent for outlets as diverse as the Chicago Tribune, the Sun-Times, Boston Globe and Variety.

Linders wrote and produced two other shows and acts as a theatrical development consultant for writers as well as Broadway and Off-Broadway producers.  Her company serves as a marketing and management anchor for several theatres throughout the U.S. In addition to launching The Center for Arts & Inspiration in Hendersonville, NC, she is writing Menopause The ROCK Musical®, The Hilarious 80s Celebration of Women and Change to hit the boards in 2020.


Executive Director

Originally from the Boston area, Robyn has over 30 years working for local, state, and national non-profit organizations.  Her positions encompass membership development, marketing, educational training and development, event planning, and organizational management.  Simultaneously, she has owned her own small business for 12 years and is a working artist.


Business Development Director

A former Procter & Gamble Sales Manager turned comedian, Spike made 7 national TV appearances as a standup comic. His comedy lead to a 10-year career in Chicago radio doing afternoon drive on ESPN Radio and WGN Radio and mornings on the LOOP.  Spike also wrote the critically acclaimed comedy Leaving Iowa, which recently celebrated its’ 2,000th production. Spike and his wife Tami recently moved to Hendersonville from Chicago to be part of the Center.


Group Sales Manager

Tami has been in the group sales and tourism industry for the past 18 years in Chicago. In addition to successfully building group sales departments for both Chicago’s Apollo Theater and Porchlight Music Theatre, Tami has grown Group Theater Tix into one of the most successful sales agencies for commercial and off loop theater in Chicago. Tami recently relocated to Hendersonville and is excited to bring her expertise and passion to The Center.
